MEET ROVER!
This handsome guy had been living under a bridge, doing his very best to survive on his own. Luckily for him, a passerby noticed him and contacted a local rescue group. Rover was very malnourished and dehydrated but he still had the will to survive and a trusting spirit.
Rover is a very sweet, smart and eager to please boy. He's friendly, loving and it seems as though he is familiar with being inside a house.
Rover is good with other dogs but will do best as the only male. He can be bossy with other boys and gets along better with the ladies!
