Tigger is a 3 year old Plott Hound mix full of energy and love.  He was neglected and ended up at the county shelter by his previous owners.  Tigger can be shy at first, but once he feels safe, he is an outgoing, loving dog.  He is learning daily what it is like to be a good dog including basic manners and house training.  He is quick to learn and eager to please. Tigger is learning how to control his energy when he meets new people (hence, the name Tigger), but he settles down quickly.  He gets along well with dogs, cats and children.
