More about the shelter
Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas is a rescue group focused on rescuing Boston Terriers in need. We love the breed and do whatever possible to help any Boston Terrier in need regardless of age or medical condition.
All potential adopters must fill out an application. The applicant must give a vet reference and a personal reference. Both of these references will be checked. All current pets of a potential adopter must be current on shots, spay/neuter and current on heartworm prevention. Once approved we then conduct a home visit to ensure it is a good placement for one of our dogs. All potential adopters must have a fenced yard or have arrangements for walking the dog regularily.
About Buddy
Distance: 1,152 Miles
Hi guys! My name is Buddy, I’m 10 years old and weigh 17 pounds. I am a playful guy and would do well in an apartment. I’m house and crate trained. I’ve had a hard life which has resulted in me being a bit scared and reactive. I would not do well with kids or seniors. I would also prefer a place with no other animals. I would like a calm house with someone who is willing to take their time and help me with the training that I need. I’d be so happy if I could find a person that can provide love and patience. Can you give me a second chance? My adoption fee is $75, but if you are a senior yourself (65+), my adoption fee is waived. MUST BE THE ONLY DOG. NO CHILDREN. Thank you for your continued support in our rescue efforts!
