Hi, I’m Bud Carter! I was brought to the shelter on December 2nd, 2024, because my previous owners could no longer care for me. I can be a little nervous around new people, but once I feel comfortable, I’m a very sweet and affectionate boy. I absolutely love being outside, playing, and running around—it’s my favorite thing to do! I’m up to date on my vaccines, microchipped, and neutered.
