Meet Rosie!   Rosie entered Chula Vista Shelter as a stray, and when she wasn't claimed, we scooped her up on December 30, 2023 to become a Frosted Face. Rosie is 10 years old and weighs 12 lbs. While at the shelter, she had a dental.   Rosie just left on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn what she is like in a home.
