My name is Daisy and I had a great Doggie Day Out adventure on 11/2/24! Two humans picked me up and said we were breaking out from the shelter for the day. I felt a tiny bit shy at first, but I leaned into the humans for comfort and knew I could do anything with them by my side. We went to William Land Park and I got to explore for TWO HOURS and I didn't even get tired! I saw people, kids, and my favorite: SQUIRRELS! I didn't try to chase them though. We walked around the fancy houses there and I doggy daydreamed about living in one of them someday. A lot of people told me I was really cute. I laid down in the grass and watched some kids playing baseball. I think I'd like a nice kid to live with! After the park, we went to University of Beer and boy was that place my dream! I got my very own bowl of chicken, rice, and veggies. I sat at the humans feet super nicely and didn't even beg for human food. The food girls said I was so well-behaved. When we got in the car after lunch, I was so tired from my big adventure so I leaned against the man human and fell asleep. But I got woken up with a surprise: a Dutch Bros pup cup! I gobbled it up and then it was time to go back to the shelter. I loved my day out and I can't wait until a human adopts me so we can have fun like this every single day!
