LOCATION: West Milton, PADOB: 09/29/2024Meet Cypress, a playful and charming Great Dane/Bluetick Coonhound puppy with a heart full of love and curiosity. This little guy is all about fun and adventure, with a special fondness for toys—whether it's tug, bones, or balls, Cypress is always ready for a game.Cypress is still a bit shy of new things, but once he's vaccinated, we'll work on socializing him. He loves to talk and even likes to talk back to you, making him a delightful conversationalist. Treats are his motivation, and he's already learned how to sit within a few days. This smart cookie is eager to please and quick to learn.With typical puppy energy, Cypress loves to play and run around, but he also enjoys a good nap after wearing himself out. He eats like a champ and has no resource guarding issues. Once he's warmed up to you, he'll ask for all the love and sloppy puppy kisses. He has a unique way of using his whole face to get a drink, which is sure to bring a smile to your face.Cypress is working on potty and crate training. He will yell his displeasure of being in the crate for about 10-15 minutes before calming down. He's good in the crate for about 4-5 hours before needing a potty break, though he sometimes pees in the crate overnight if not let out in the wee hours of the morning. He's had minimal accidents in the house and is starting to learn to use the potty bells at the door.Cypress would absolutely LOVE having a doggy friend. He enjoys playing and cuddling with other dogs and is curious about cats, though he will need redirection. He's not aggressive towards them, just curious. As a baby, he still tries to chew on things he's not supposed to, but he takes redirection well, even if he yells at you a bit. We've also started introducing him to freeze bones and dog puzzles, which he seems to enjoy.
