Adoption Requirements: Drivers License Proof of Current Address (if not the same as your drivers license) Type of living arrangements: 1. Own your home (you will need the following) Mortgage Stub Printed Copy of Property Information from Department of Assessment & Tax Proof of current Rabies vaccination on all pets residing at residence For Anne Arundel County residents all cats and dogs residing at the residence must have current animal licenses 2.
