Our website has information about our rescue, adoption process and link to our adoption application www.collarofhope.org  We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit. KONA arrived very pregnant and gave birth to 8 babies Dec 20, 2019!   She is very goofy and has playful energy, but also loves to lay at your feet. She's really a clown as she leaps and pops through the house, even in her older age. She listens really well, has shown great house manners, and is a lovable companion.  This is a good thing because she hates being crated and has busted out of them. She loves playing with her foster's dogs.  They are husky/shepherd mixes, and she is even submissive with them. She's also been around small dogs and has been fine with them, but larger dogs are best for this girl if there are dogs in the home so there's no chance of her running over them.  No cats please. Her new family must be a homeowner and have a securely fenced yard, no exceptions.   Prior to adoption, our dogs are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.  Please visit our website directly to complete an online application.
