About Fred
Distance: 75 Miles
Fred is an absolute dream dog! Mostly white with some spots on his ears, he is said to be quite relaxed and friendly, meeting other dogs nicely and walking well on a leash. Not much is known about his history, but he was a staff favorite at the shelter and was well-loved at one time, with a beautiful coat and some decent house manners. He is, unfortunately, heartworm positive and has started undergoing treatment which will continue once he arrives in Colorado (Dalmatian Rescue will underwrite the completion of his treatment until he is heartworm free). He's cute and sociable and is going to make some family a great companion. At 40 pounds, he's not big and likes to play but is not super high energy. Adopter must be willing to follow veterinarian instructions and work closely with Dalmatian Rescue to insure Freddy's heartworm treatment is complete and successful. For more information, please contact jeannine@dalmatianrescueco.org for more information. Suggested adoption donation is $350.
If interested in this dog, please go to www.dalmatianrescueco.org and submit an application for adoption. Under Adoptions, please read our adoption policy. We must have an application before we can begin the adoption process and each dog does have foster contact listed.
