Meet Toby! Toby’s journey hasn’t been easy. Confiscated by HPD and left in the shelter from February 26 to March 6, nobody came for him. This sweet boy suffered severe neglect—he had significant hair loss from fleas, painful skin infections from constant scratching, and bilateral ear infections. But Toby is a fighter! He’s been receiving the medical care he desperately needed, including medications, preventatives, and ongoing treatments for his skin and ears. With love and patience, he’s making a great recovery.  Toby wears a belly band in the house but always willing to go outside to potty.   Toby loves being where ever YOU are.  He loves to be with his people.   Toby is a loyal and affectionate companion who deserves a second chance at a happy life.
